Meghan Trainor’s sons Riley, Barry set to follow in her footsteps

Meghan Trainor recently shared that her sons Barry and Riley are ready to follow in her footsteps.

In her recent interview with Extra to promote her new solo track titled Still Don’t Care, the first song from her forthcoming album Toy with Me, the 32-year-old American singer-songwriter revealed that her 4-year-old Riley and 2-year-old Barry are all set to make their music debut.

Trainor told the outlet that her kids will be featured towards the end of one of her songs in her upcoming album.

She said, “My two baby boys are at the end of a song called ‘Little One’ that I have. It’s like a little lullaby to them of like, ‘Don’t ever grow up. Don’t do it.'”

“And at the end, they go, ‘I love you, Mama,’” the Mother songstress unveiled.

Notably, this revelation comes after August 2025 when she conversed with PEOPLE magazine about how her son Riley went to school for the first time and admitted that it will be tough to stay away from him for a longer period of time.

The Grammy winner quipped, “He’s about to start his first year, and I will be obliterated. I brought him to camp for the first time ever and wanted to just evaporate,”

“I hated every moment of it. I cried, and not like a sad … I was like, ‘I hate this,’ so school’s going to be tough for me, but he loves it,” Meghan Trainor, who shares both her sons with her husband, Daryl Sabara, remarked at that time.

Before concluding, it is pertinent to mention that Toy with Me will be released on April 24, 2026.
