Chilli and Matthew Lawrence have opened up about how comfortable they felt while working together on Second Chance Love: ‘Everything Just Flows.
While conversing with PEOPLE magazine, the pair, who is co-hosting Hallmark+’s new unscripted series Second Chance Love, talked about working with each other, which provides them with the opportunity to reconnect in Sardinia, Italy.
Matthew told the outlet, “It is interesting when you work with family, a loved one in that regard, but I had no doubts that we were going to be just fine because of the way we handle our personal life.”
“There’s nothing but love and respect, so I was not worried at all, and I think it went off pretty darn good,” the 45-year-old American actor noted.
“It’s funny that we can work together and everything just flows naturally,” Chilli remarked, adding that working alongside her beau is “a great experience.”
For those unaware, the show features couple ranging from 30 to 70 years old who went on dates from five to 40 years ago.
They will spend two weeks on the show, led by the TLC singer and the Double Threat star, which will be filled with intimate dates and nostalgia and will also allow them to emotionally reflect.
